On 27th February 2016 Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Howrah organised a Seminar on the Role of District Administration at District Magistrate Bungalow, Howrah. Rtn. Dilip Das presided and Prof. Ashis Roy gave the introduction. Prof. Dr Indrasish Banerjee of Ramkrishna Mission ( ex WBCS, Exe) delivered his keynote address. Sankar Kumar Sanyal, Prof. Rathin Banerjee, eminent Journalist, Balai Lal Chattrjee, Debashis Ganguly, Bijan Polley, Tapas Kundu, Hemonta Khote, Basudeb Paul, Members & Officials and others participated.
