Sankar Kumar Sanyal after unanimously re-elected for the coveted position of President of HSS for the next tenure in the Central Board Meeting of Harijan Sevak Sangh , founded by Mahatma Gandhi, was held at Hindusthan Club, Kolkata on 18th March 2016. Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal Sri Keshari Nath Tripathi inaugurated the Meeting. A large number of intellectuals, distinguished personalities and heads of different State Branches of the county participated in the delebaration of Board Meeting and unanimously reelected Sankar Kumar Sanyal for the coveted position of President of HSS for the next tenure. The Governor Sri Tripathi praised the self less services of Sri Sanyal for the great cause of the society and urged the Members to percolate the message of Peace, Harmony and Nonviolence, which was the dream of Mahatma Gandhi.
